Background

My name is Thelma Stump.  Thelma is from ?Esdilagh First Nation transferred from Tle’tinqox.  Thelma grandfather is Late Henry Dick and Late Lizzie Dick her mother is Christine Billyboy and her dad is Patrick Billyboy whom are all from Tle’tinqox.  Thelma works for ?Echen Healing Society as a Family Support Worker and a Culture Mentor Teacher.  Thelma speaks her language in Tsilhqotin, Thelma also works with the Elders that work in culture teachings, Thelma has been on her healing journey since 2001.  Thelma has her Office Administration Program Certification,  Thelma also has Aboriginal Health & Community Administration Program (AHCAP), Thelma will now be receiving her degree in becoming a Indigenous Teacher where Thelma would like to continue to use transforming the workplace with more of the Indigenous ways of knowing.
